What is the type of device you are accessing your songs from? Where are your songs located? (internal, external hard drive? USB flash drive? Network drive? etc. )
What is the type and make of computer (Desktop, Laptop, Tablet?)
What is the amount of RAM memory and hard disk space?
What are the open programs at the time of the issue?
What exactly were you doing at the time of the issue?
